Planning approvals are only one part of the development journey.
My approach combines strategic thinking, commercial insight and technical expertise to identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver outcomes that create lasting value for clients and communities.
My recent professional journey has been shaped by two learning experiences that fundamentally changed the way I think and work.
My journey to obtain a Master of Urban Planning transformed the way I see the world around me. I came to understand that cities are not simply collections of buildings and infrastructure, but living environments shaped by the needs of people, businesses, governments, and the natural environment. Throughout the program, good planning is about finding the right balance between competing interests while creating places that are functional, sustainable, and resilient.
Seeking to further develop as a leader, I recently completed Leadership, Ethics & Corporate Accountability at Harvard Business School. This experience challenged me to think beyond achieving commercial success and reinforced the importance of leading with integrity, accountability, and sound judgement through real-world case studies. It made me look deeper into the Reflective Leadership Model, which has become a framework I continue to apply when navigating complex situations, engaging stakeholders, and building trust. Together, these experiences have shaped not only the professional I am today, but also the leader I aspire to become.
My career has been built around one goal: helping shape better cities and stronger communities.
Over the past decade I've worked across urban planning, commercial property, telecommunications infrastructure, aviation and project delivery, giving me a unique understanding of how major developments move from concept to completion.
Today, as Founder of Urbanismo, I advise developers, investors, businesses and government agencies on planning strategy, development approvals, infrastructure coordination and long-term asset value.
I believe successful projects require more than planning knowledge—they require commercial thinking, stakeholder collaboration and a long-term vision for sustainable growth.
